I am extremely disappointed with the level of service my daughter has received here. This place is completely unprofessional and unreliable. In just a short period of time, they have changed her counselor FOUR times, which makes it impossible for any child to build trust or make real progress. On top of that, appointments are constantly being rescheduled—often the same day, which is incredibly inconvenient.
