I thought this man actually cared about his patients, but I was wrong. He dropped me a a patient. He didn’t even let me know after our last visit. Then I called to make an appointment and the rude receptionist said he wasn’t seeing patients outside of the hospital. I asked her if I go to the hospital he will see me? She said yes. I asked her if I can have a quick visit that I only needed one prescription. Not a controlled substance. She placed me on hold and asked him and he said no. Dr Gonzales is closing his office but I wanted to leave a review and let him and potentially his future employers know that he is a very professional Doctor and cares for his patients. He takes my anxiety and panic attacks seriously compared to other Drs. I no longer have insurance but have been happily paying the $100 per appointment(even more proof hes a caring doctor). Why do I go to him and am gonna miss him as my psychiatrist? He took my anxiety seriously!! My anxiety stems from hypertension and he's taken me seriously ... read more
The review is not for the Dr but for the management staff. Dr Gonzalez Sanchez was a pleasure to work for. Unfortunately his management staff turned out to be very unprofessional to say the least. I worked as front desk for several months and while it was great, nothing to complain about the workload..the amount of biased reasoning that went on was insane. Mother and son run the office, hid many things from the Dr. When I confronted management about a discrepancy in my health insurance policy they felt the need to not answer... read more
