There are not words to describe the disappointment. Bad, really bad! Placed an order for a few educational books, received an automatic e-mail confirmation whit order # , credit card was charged. Few days later decided to check the status on my order, to my surprise there is no order reflected on my account -"0" nothing! Tried to contact the company - no call back #, email them requesting to look into it via “contact us" on the website - silence .... Same with a Facebook page- silence...
