Where do I even start it’s been a nightmare. I got my hair highlighted on Oct 19 2021. My hair is already back to my natural hair color what are they using Sally’s products never in my life as long as I’ve been getting my hair highlighted have they only lasted a week not even. I am beyond disappointed,frustrated ripped off after paying 115.00 for it to be foiled. Never will I go there again and I will make sure I let people know not to go there. Uncourteous and money breath unhappy and never doing business with them
Customer service was great. But I would have to say after sitting there for almost 6 hours to get my hair fixed after one of the employees turned it orange. I would never go back nor would I recommend this place,I had pictures I showed the hair colorist exactly the same colors my hairdresser from ct uses and it still wasn’t achieved she tried hard but the color is awful I just wanted out of there after a long 6 hours. Be Aware. We had an appointment and were travelling from Lakeland. Due I-4 congestion traffic we were 20 minutes from the salon when we called to inform them that we were going to be about 10 minutes late. The salon (Chelsea) cancelled our appointment after we were over 1 1/2 hours on the road on the way to the salon. We had to turn around back to Lakeland. BECAUSE EDUCE SALON DELETES THEIR BAD REVIEWS on Google I feel the need to share my experience on Facebook as well. Look at the times in the screen shot. We looked on 2 different phones they left the google review so my husband who posted can still see there. But on my phone I didn’t see his review as a new customer. Shaking my head. We did not MAKE you buy product, we encourage you to see how silly that sounds. We refunded the product as you did not want another one sent to you. Just went to get my hair cut and colored for the first time since quarantine. I felt very safe and the staff had everything clean. They are taking the proper precautions. Friendly and efficient! Had been seeing my previous stylist for over 6 years, but they moved out of state. I was sooo nervous as I do a specific color I’ve been accustomed to for years now, but stylist/colorist, Miranda, took her time to pick through product and consult with her team to make a perfect mixture just for me as well as give me a great cut and style. Would highly recommended to anyone wanting some unique color!
