Trip was cancelled without any consent or request from parents and they have held over $39,000 hostage from high school families with no communication over 5 months!
Terrible company! We've been waiting months for a refund for our trip that was cancelled. Donna, the company president, needs to be held accountable.

We leave for what I know will be another great trip to NYC with ETI tomorrow! I always have high expectations and they always deliver an experience better than expected. Jennifer, Lisa and Shannon are always so easy to work with and make the planning process a breeze. We are looking forward to meeting our Tour Manager- Gail Anderson on Thursday morning and showing our kids the best of The Big Apple!
