Beware of their lack of communication. I had one preliminary appointment which my insurance didn't hardly cover. It was a one hour appointment that they billed insurance $320 for, and I had to pay $240 for. They never tried to email or call or text me regarding a follow up. I wasn't aware I had to download their portal app to follow up. Eight months later, I get a letter saying that I owe the amount, and that they're sending the bill to collections. I hope my credit score isn't impacted by this.
Rand Walker didnt care about anything i was going through and did little to help my issues. have had IMMENSE issues trying to get my medical records from them. You can do better than this place
