Service is awful. Called numerous times for updates to only get no updates. The quality of the fabric of the pants has gone extremely down. Stiff, hard as a rock. my son's pants look like they are wearing tacos because they are so skin tight. The pants are so stiff they are barely bendable.
Very disappointed. We were told our product was ready...only because we called to check on it...after it was ordered and paid for around a month ago. We called and were told they would be open from 10-3 today...Saturday....we were at the store at 9:50 Saturday morning. 10:30 came and still nobody doors locked. We had to leave to get our dog to a vet appointment. We got stuck in traffic when we were able to head back. Started called at 2:56 and nobody answered. Last year I ordered uniforms that never came in. This year I ordered in July. I called today to check on them. Stayed on hold 20 minutes and had to hang up and call back. Uniforms are still not in. If they do not have your uniform in stock and you have to order and you can order from somewhere else I recommend that is what you do.
Educational outfitters has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been at educational outfitters 6 times and called over 10 times for one letterman jacket. They have done nothing but mess it up. Through misordering, not ordering, putting things in the wrong place, and taking months each time, they have really shown they are the worst place to get a letterman. It was unbelievable the price I payed considering they messed it up so bad. I am extremely dissatisfied and will not be doing any business with them... read more
