From the moment I called to inquire about her services, she was happy to answer all my questions, and really took time to listen to what I had to say about my child. When I brought my daughter in for testing, she took time to explain the process in detail and made us both comfortable. Nicole is an amazing person. She is incredibly knowledgeable, insightful and a highly qualified individual. She is passionate at what she does for students and parents. She spent time with my son assessing him and wrote a beautifully, detailed evaluation for me to provide to the school. She spent time going over every detail of that evaluation with me.
