It’s been a while since I had to go personally deposit a paycheck. I try to use the ATM whenever possible, but this particular time I needed to get a direct deposit form, so I went to the nearest EECU. Bad choice. I came in for a 4:15pm credit coaching appointment with Carlos after work. I checked in around 4:10pm at the kiosk at the entrance of the bank and a message appeared confirming my check in. Shortly after I checked in via text. I sat in the waiting room and waited a whole 21 MINUTES. I went to the teller to check in on my status she messaged him and NO RESPONSE.
