I came in for a 4:15pm credit coaching appointment with Carlos after work. I checked in around 4:10pm at the kiosk at the entrance of the bank and a message appeared confirming my check in. Shortly after I checked in via text. I sat in the waiting room and waited a whole 21 MINUTES. I went to the teller to check in on my status she messaged him and NO RESPONSE. Love the bank, perks and staff but hate the hours. Wish they were open on Saturdays and had longer hours on Fridays
