I’ve been with EECU since 2022 for an auto loan I’ve dealt with confusion and frustrating situations which is expected when it comes to these kinds of things. I have to honestly say, though from all the people I’ve met the manager at this branch Kay definitely is the most well-rounded, knowledgeable, wise, and has the best customer service skills. I had such a great experience working with EECU! As someone going through the process of opening a new account and navigating an auto loan, I had a lot of questions and Cheyann and Hailee were amazing every step of the way. They were both incredibly patient, kind, and thorough in answering everything I needed. They never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed, and always followed up to make sure I was taken care of. This bank is giving low customer service extremely rude to say the least Linda in particular her attitude ewww and not to say about the way she’s very loud and idk who hired her but she need training again asking me for my social right out the bat. Ummm no ma’am I work in the banking industry and that’s not the first thing you should ask an individual as an identification.
