Cane here to fix my moms account since my dad passed and she didnt even offer any condolences and just asked for the death certificate. She had a ring on her finger so you would she knows better. The hell with place and those type of people. Went to wells fargo we were immediately taken from waiting in line and didnt even have to wait and the lady there offered her condolences immediately and took care of ur really fast . Now that's what you call customer service and going the extra mile.
