Fast and friendly service
Maria's attitude is horrendous. She gets extremely annoyed when asked simple questions, yet she has no issue wasting 30 minutes gossiping with customers about men. She is absolutely the worst employee here, always loud, aggressive, and obnoxious. Both encounters with her were unbearable, and I hope never to work with her again. If EECU doesn't fire her for her stupidity and attitude, they are asking for a lawsuit. Just because she's loud doesn't mean she's right. She's supposed to serve customers, not terrorize them. Do not use their ATM it keeps your money and glitches on you.
Maria needs to get fired. She refuses to help customers and will all of a sudden go on a 15 minute break no matter what time it is right when she sees you are the one with the appointment to see her. She doesn’t like repeating herself and gets aggressive and loud even though she sees the people she’s helping are either really young or don’t speak English well.
