I have had nothing but trouble with them since I got my mortgage with them 7 years ago. The mortgage department was a whole nother story with all the mistakes they made I had to look over everything they couldn't get anything right. Since then it seems like I'm always going in there with mistakes. They post my payments wrong they always have excuses that they're going through a conversion. The manager Brenda was yelling to other member like she owns the place. Very unprofessional! Replace her!
I could not believe I literally sat for almost an hour just to sign a beneficiary form. Then I was not even afforded a copy. How do I know what I signed. Not only did they not give me a copy, but, they did not allow me to take a picture. It's important to know what you sign in detail. We are just supposed to take their word for it?? I'm still sitting here requesting a copy.
