Best rates in in town BUT customer service is useless. I'm pretty sure the people that answer the phone are just there to tell you to go back to your computer. Once you apply for a bank account no one can talk to you about it. They tell you just wait for an email. Then once you have a bank account guess what, go online and apply for online access.
