I was surprised this place wasn’t as inviting and helpful as other branches. I came in trying to be to pull out money and the clerk said she can’t pull it out because I don’t have my ID. I told her can you ask security questions like all the other branches I’ve been to. Then the lady had told me it’s policy that they can’t pull out money without an ID.
