The service at the fresno branch was terrible. The staff seemed indifferent to our needs. We had to walk into the branch because of a tight schedule, and we had no other option but to walk into the fresno branch. Overall they couldn’t help us.
Every time I've come into this branch there is virtually no line. When there are some people waiting, the line moves about as fast as the other branches. I prefer this branch to the others.

I visited EECU as a potential first-time member, and I left completely disappointed and honestly shocked by how poorly we were treated. I took off work early to get there before they closed at 5 p.m., only to be turned away at 4:30 p.m. We waited in line, and when we finally asked to open a new account, the security guard--who was kind and professional--went to speak with a woman behind the teller line who appeared to be a manager or supervisor. Debit card is saved on my phone, but to add it to my google wallet I have to call in and give them my full card number. 100 other ways to verify, like the fact that ITS ALREADY ADDED ON MY GOOGLE WALLET I JUST NEED YOU TO APPROVE FOR SOME DUMB REASON. Now I get to drive 90 miles cause they have a redundant system. Literally every other bank would just send a verification code. Ask me security questions. Nah, they just hung up.
