Absolutely AWFUL customer service. I’ve had loans and accounts with at least 5 different credit unions and have NEVER experienced the negative customer service that I have with EECU. Most credit unions are so kind and professional but these people could care less. All of my accounts are paid and in good standing with zero hiccups on my side yet anytime their platform has an issue or a representative makes a mistake there is no accountability taken, no apologies, just overly aggressive, condescending representatives.
