Highly recommend. Very impressed by the assessor Joanne, as well as the technological tools being used to make assessments straightforward. Loved the cats and fish at the Helensvale office as well.
Beware if you are an adult looking to understand yourself better. If you'd like to pay $900 for 15minutes of dismissive and shallow conversation, and 1 hour for her to ask you IQ questions like "who is cleopatra" this service is for you. My experience with this service was really disappointing and a waste of money. I booked an assessment expecting a proper, in-depth process that involved an actual interview and conversation with the psychologist. So glad I found this centre in Helensvale. There were no crazy wait times, the staff were lovely to deal with and answered all our questions. My daughter went for her assessment and had a great experience. We highly recommend. Reasonable priced.
