I applied for a land loan and the online process was a bit difficult as it’s my first time. I was able to find the number of one of their loan officers, Simona Nikolaeva-Placentia. She was absolutely incredible and spent time walking me through my application on the phone and correcting anything I left out on my initial go. She made the process so enjoyable and I can’t thank her enough for that. Truly a valuable member to this team
