I thought being an ecu member for well over a decade would mean something but it doesn’t. Came in needing help with a major issue and was blown off. This isn’t the first time it’s happened where I have received terrible service. Things have definitely changed with ECU over the years and not for the better. You’d be better off going to a big national bank.
Employee Tristan Jackson was super helpful 5/5 stars, came in at 4:30 they close 5:30 and was able to get my car refinanced at a way better rate then previous.
ECU is hard to work with.
