Inaccurate times posted in Google, called an after hour representative to check if they were open. She was not help at all and rude. This is the second time I make a Drive from the location in plump creek to 45th street. They claimed to have the drive through open which is not true. I speak from experience I been a member of this bank for about 8 years now and there’s always something disappointing about them. I wish there was a ZERO star option. Absolutely hands down the WORST credit union I’ve ever dealt with. Make sure if you decide to bank here that you check your account DAILY. I had someone drafting THREE credit card payments from my account. The bank said “someone probably mixed a couple numbers up…..it’s not our fault”. I could see if it was ONE credit card….but THREE??? No this was intentional. Oh and they’ll only go back 60 days….so if you work out of town for months like I do then you’ll be out the $$$. Too bad so sad. ... read more

This is actually for the branch at 3601 Plains Blvd Suite A for Amy McClenny. This amazing women will never know how much she helped our family with a car loan. She doesn't just look at you as a number but as family. She even reaches out after everything is done to just make sure everything is OK. If you need help with your credit and want that personal relationship reach out to her. She is amazing.
Customer service lacking for a community credit union. Like the interest on checking account, but those can be found at other banks. Not impressed.
