Do not use this bank. I borrowed 10,000 on my car and was late on some payments. After 4 years of payments my balance was 8,999. Yep 1,000 is all that was applied to my loan. Had to give them the car and give up. Now say I owe 3000. After it was sold for 6000.
I love Education Credit Union, but today they really let me down! I needed to refinance my loan which I owed under $100.00 and my payments automatically come out! But because of a credit card I really need to pay off due to it’s interest apparently I can’t get any more loans without paying it off which will bring my credit score back up to good! Now I’m unable to fix the heater in my car, pay off the credit card and down on another one! Plus no money for Christmas gifts 🎁 for my family members this year!😭😭😭😭
