TLDR; Eduardo was absolutely amazing in not only helping us fix my engagement ring, but redesign it into a much stronger and beautiful ring at no cost to us by working with insurance! Every major milestone of my life I was gifted a vintage heirloom that was my Cuban grandmothers. Over the last few years I have collected multiple pieces that did not quite fit. I brought Eduardo a ring that belonged to my late father. I wanted to honor him by wearing it, but it just wasn’t my style. Eduardo suggested I turn it into a pendant. He did a beautiful job. Eduardo did a wonderful job resizing and adjusting my mother’s engagement ring and band. I had two fittings to make sure the size was perfect. He kept all the sentimental value in tact while fixing the rings. These rings are 56 years old and now look brand new. I felt welcomed in his store and his team texted me updates on the work. I will definitely be returning to his store for work on additional pieces.
