ResCare has failed and been failing for quiet a while. They can't keep an accountable staff. Everyone wants to pass the blame around like a beach ball when it comes to these clients. Mr. Spainis a very rude, disrespectful and narcissistic person. He moved my daughter without even notifying me and has my contact information. According to the state of Texas she is her own legal guardian. I don't agree with that decision. Such an AMAZING Provider, with Amazing people who really care for our loved ones. Starting with the Regional Director Dennis Spain, the management team, Nursing, Direct Care, all who care deeply about our son & wellbeing. My wife & I can’t thank them enough for everything they have done for my family!!
Updated** My son has been with this provider for about eight months, and we could not be happier. The Direct Care staff, the wonderful nursing team, and the new management team all rise to the occasion. He is truly thriving under the leadership of Executive Director Dennis Spain. We are incredibly grateful. 🙏
