Such an AMAZING Provider, with Amazing people who really care for our loved ones. Starting with the Regional Director Dennis Spain, the management team, Nursing, Direct Care, all who care deeply about our son & wellbeing. My wife & I can’t thank them enough for everything they have done for my family!!
Updated** My son has been with this provider for about eight months, and we could not be happier. The Direct Care staff, the wonderful nursing team, and the new management team all rise to the occasion. He is truly thriving under the leadership of Executive Director Dennis Spain. We are incredibly grateful. 🙏
How can I give them zero stars, they dont deserve a 1 star
My son is a recent move-in with this provider; staff and resident are still getting acclimated with one another. Communication could be something that all providers could improve on :) but we understand that this is a tough field. We acknowledge that. We are grateful for the amazing staff and management who are putting in the efforts! Nancy is responsive, kind, and amazing! Stephanie, who has been equally supportive!
