Went in for a septum surgery/rhinoplasty, one of my nostrils was fully closed and I also wanted my dorsal jump flattened. I came out still not being able to breathe. The doctor admitted he didn’t open to nostrils up fully so we went back to do a second surgery a month later. I gave him the benefit of the doubt. This time he shaved off too much bone on both sides of my nose and I still wasn’t able to breathe as my nostril was still closed. Finally after looking like an aardvark for a year I went to a plastic surgeon which I s... read more

Dr. Kim did two thyroid surgeries for me and he is amazing. Very thorough & answered all of my questions without ever making me feel judged or silly. He’s very nice and also straight to the point. I am so grateful that i was referred to him & his successful removal of my thyroid has set me up well for my next medical steps.

A very disheartening experience to say the least. After months of appointments, insane hospital bills for little to no work, and the same exact sinus issues as I previously had, Dr. Kim turned me away today after I was told by a different ENT (same clinic) that my adenoids were enlarged and I seem to have a deviated septum as well; which is the cause of my reoccurring sinus infections and eventually if not resolved, “will need to proceed with surgery.” Scheduling was not flexible at all, (bless the schedulers as I know it is... read more

During the exam he looked up my nose with a little flashlight on a tube - which I have come to find out is billed as a procedure outside of the office visit and is not typically covered by insurance until you meet your deductible. Then he told me I needed surgery to fix my problems, and they would be in touch. I never heard from them again. Two months later I got a denial letter from my insurance, so I called them and they told me they ... read more

Rude. Didn't allow time for me to ask questions or answer them. I was praying that I would finally get some help after I got to see a specialist. Nope. Handed me a prescription for something that made me sick and gave me an "order" to get a CT Scan. Order didn't go thru for awhile. Two weeks until I could make an apt for the CT Scan and the next apt was 3 mos out. How can you be sick for months and they don't care ??????
