In my experience, living in these apartments was very pleasant. I always felt peaceful and safe. The facilities are well-maintained and clean; during my time living on the third floor, I never had any issues with rodents or insects. The community is quiet and the neighbors are respectful, which creates a very comfortable environment. The maintenance staff was always kind and responded quickly whenever I needed assistance. In addition, the office manager was always very polite and helpful with me.

I am currently residing in this community, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite submitting multiple maintenance requests regarding the malfunctioning air conditioning in my apartment—and knowing that neighboring units are facing similar issues—the management continues to dismiss the concerns, insisting that there is no problem. I lived here in my grade school years. I am now 65 years old, and I have to repeat, "I will not dream about roaches," if the subject ever comes up. Horrible memories except for the pool and fun with friends. I know the south has them, but I have to laugh when I read the comments still today.

Don’t move here the building manager is never in the office, it’s cockroach infested, and the building is always very dirty. It is cheaper than most for the area but it’s not worth the grief. The washers and dryers constantly break down and when I lived there recently it took over a month for them to fix it. It’s a shame because the apartments are nice and spacious but the management ruins the property.
