Edsall Garden Apartments is less expensive than the surrounding area; however, there are certain challenges that may arise as a result. The complex is undoubtedly in need of a renovation. Additionally, it is imperative that the premises be more meticulously maintained due to the deterioration of the lighting fixtures and the general ambiance. Although I am unable to demonstrate the full extent of the premises' deficiencies, I trust that this will provide you with an understanding of the residence's experiences.

In my experience, living in these apartments was very pleasant. I always felt peaceful and safe. The facilities are well-maintained and clean; during my time living on the third floor, I never had any issues with rodents or insects. The community is quiet and the neighbors are respectful, which creates a very comfortable environment. The maintenance staff was always kind and responded quickly whenever I needed assistance. In addition, the office manager was always very polite and helpful with me.

I am currently residing in this community, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite submitting multiple maintenance requests regarding the malfunctioning air conditioning in my apartment—and knowing that neighboring units are facing similar issues—the management continues to dismiss the concerns, insisting that there is no problem.
