Ed came to help with a U-Haul breakdown in Portland. He was awesome and on-time. During his session, he quickly diagnosed the issue and was polite. We had an issue with a woman on drugs who accosted us- Ed took the time to call the police and stayed for hours until U-Haul was able to send a tow truck. During that time he shared lots of local spots for us to visit, stories about the area, and great general advice.

I’ve been trucking for Four years this month, this is the best repair Guy to come out and help me I have ever experienced. This guys has now helped me in 4 different times, some bad wiring, a few dead batteries and a couple of other things. Super fast really personable.

This guy knows his shit. I guess he's been doing it a long time but he doesn't seem that old.
