I have had such a wonderful experience at this shop not only with the work that was done on my car (front end/paint) But the outstanding customer service, feels more like being treated as part of the family. I have had quite the year with my car it's a 2001 Benz so parts are very difficult to find and owning one is also expensive (but worth it), and being as things are expensive in general just living. Ed's Scientific never fails. We have been taking our vehicles there for body damage for a couple of years and we have been very pleased with their service every time. Jenny, who runs the front office, is a gem! She knows her way around insurance adjusters and payments. We never have to worry what our outcome will be because we know she has it taken care of. I would 100% recommend their business to anyone.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars to this place! Service 5/5 Technical expertise 5/5 Quality of work 5/5 Efficiency 5/5 A Mercedes’ service shop directed me to come to Ed’s. I came here to get my vehicle repaired and went through insurance of the other party. The entire process was very smooth and repairs were high quality + efficient. They are very good and really know what they are doing. Ed, Jenny, and all the staff here make you feel that they truly care and are passionate about the place.

Unfortunately, someone hit my car and I needed to find an auto body shop. Not being from the Bay Area originally, I didn't really know of a good place, but luckily my mechanic recommended Ed's Scientific! I couldn't be more happy with my experience! They were able to take my car right away and had it fixed within a week. The car looks like brand new!
