This mobile RV Service company is probably one of the best I've used in the many years of RVing that I've done. Ed, the owner is an absolute bulldog when it comes to diagnostics & figuring thing out. Ed diagnosed & repaired our PS hydraulic slide that blew a hose which he had to have locally fabricated & replaced. Ed's RV Solutions is our go-to mobile RV tech in the Port Charlotte area. He is one of the best that I have encountered. Quick response, shows up when he says he will, does what he says he will. Willing to show the RV owner what he did so maybe they can fix it next time. Focuses on repair rather than replace. Ed defines value in the mobile RV repair space.
I was travelling down I-75 and needed help with a fridge issue. I called ahead to ED's and arranged to meet him the next morning at a local shopping centre. I received good communications and right on time, Ed showed up. He had the necessary part with him and had my fridge working in under 1 hours. Very knowledgeable, very pleasant to work with and fair on the pricing. Very personable and friendly. Both Amber and Ed are very nice. From first contact to finished jod the entire experience was a jot. Ed is an expert, professional and customer oriented individual that does quality work at a reasonable price. I highly recommend their company.
