We had EDS install a whole house, well water treatment system to remove Manganese, iron, tannins and Arsenic. Dear Management: On Monday February 24th 2025, I call in to let you know that I had no water in the house at all. You were kind enough to send one of your tenchnitians out that afternoon to fix the issue. I must commend your technitian Ihor, for solving the problem quick and fast. Checking out all the backwash machines, and found that one of them drained our water tank completely. He didn't stop there, he opened the Well, and found the control box was wet inside. We had issues with our well water shutting off all the time and we then wanted to get a different company opinion and so we called EDS pump Feb.3 2025. But when we we called we had zero water coming now and it snowed but they were able to send a technician named Brain the next day Feb.4 2025 which we r very grateful for figuring out the main problem but we wouldn’t be able to get that work done until it was better weather the end pump is 650ft deep and need a crane. They don’t give you quotes upfront and will charge as much as they can to your card without even notifying you. They charge almost 2k for a two hr check up, nothing been fixed. 90% of the charges were labor, there was nothing been done. Stay away from them, don’t be the next victim
