I was saddened to learn of Ed’s closing. He was always upfront and explained exactly what he was going to repair, the costs, and even cleaned the machines thoroughly. Ed and his wife were always friendly and gave top-notch service. He sold and repaired equipment with quality work and results. I will miss him and his business as I bought many seasonal machines from Ed for over 20 years

Do Not use this business.Extremely rude and they rip you off.I had to leave a $ 20.00 cash deposit to look at my lawnmower.Even though I had the lawnmower fixed there at that time, they refused to credit the $20.00 towards the cost and what was supposed to be $100.00 turned into $155.00The worst customer service I think I've ever had
simply the best !!! not cheap but the best !!! not a box store trying to just take your money this guy puts his name on his equipment and services what he sells i beat my snow thrower" xp 30 inch storm" up every snow storm and it works great and i know he will stand behind his machines ... ps i have a gravel driveway 225 ft long and 12 feet wide this machine kicks ass just saying !!!!
Very Very good experience. I bought a Snowblower from here. About two weeks later it was stolen from my truck. Out of the blue I got a phone call from Ed he had gotten a call about the machine being at a local pawn shop. He had the police arrest the person who had it and I got my machine back. I have since bought a tiller and other equipment from this business and have nothing but good things to say about this place. Good value here Our family has been very satisfied with the products and service at Ed's on Thomaston Ave. in Waterbury.They feature Snapper and Echo products that as Ed says, "are simply the best". Mowers, tractors, chain saws, leaf blowers, tillers, snow blowers and more are in stock at Ed's. They also pick up and deliver.
