do not return phone calls – washer spinning violently. repairman jim, opened wash machine. sprayed wd-40 and said to call back if problem returned. called numerous times, do not return calls.
Not available after 3pm! – This company was sent to our house in response to a home warranty claim. They were quick to respond, but difficult to schedule a time. My husband and I work full time and this company was not available to do repairs after 3pm. When one of us did have an unexpected day off we could not get them to call us back to schedule the repair.
