Ed's mufflers in Beaverton misdiagnosed my exhaust problem. They told me I needed a muffler due to a rattle,so I replaced the muffler. Still had the same noise said the muffler I gave them to replace was bad. I replaced the muffler again.Still had the same noise. I went for a second opinion and they found a loose heat shield that was rattling. Cost me $20 to tac weld it back. Dale (the manager) at Ed's wouldn't take responsibility for misdiagnosing my car. Great Little Auto Shop – New management and employees has realy made the difference. Fast and friendly service with great pricing. I own a 2003 Volvo S80 and needed front brakes. Just wanted the pads and rotors machined, they recommended calipers but explained there were no major visual problems at the time and a basic brake job was a viable option. Thanks for working with me on this and getting done the same day. Highly recommend for standard auto repair and services!
