They charged $240 and never touched my hot water tank. Never brought a tool in, said they would need to come back. Money did not apply to fixing the issues. Was at my business for less then 15 minutes and never did anything. And still charged $240.

Very disappointed. My mom has been a customer for several years. She had the yearly maintenance contract. All was fine until this past fall when they said she needed a new heating and air conditioning system. The current unit is only 11 years old. She lives by herself and they convinced her it was too old and leaking, so a new one had to be installed. The price quoted was $10,349.00. Her house is only 1,661sqft. Fuel oil Furnace was air locked,( happens occasionally) asked Ed's heating and cooling to fix it, I specifically asked for a technician with experience with fuel oil furnaces. Two very young guys came out, I told them what I suspected was wrong, after a very long time they say someone needed to bring a tool for them they needed, never saw anyone bring the tool.
