After a long day and almost a burnt down house, they did send the tech to come work on our air conditioner. This is the second time that we have had an issue with our brand new air conditioner. The last time we had to wait several days for somebody to even come out due to them only having one technician. I bought a new mobile home from a company that sources this company for their air conditioners. I have had problem after problem. Our air unit is a month old. It stopped working right after it was installed, the tech came out to look at it days after it stopped working and then came to fix it after the part came in. It took forever to get somebody to come out the first time because they are understaffed. Understaffing on the company’s part should not be leaving their customers this dissatisfied.
