I was installing a new thermostat which I had to connect to the control panel of the furnace, a piece broke off and he arrived in 10 mins. He was very professional and knowledgeable on how to fix the issue. He was extremely polite. If your looking for someone who is efficient and knowledgeable Ed is your guy.
Called Ed after 4 other companies failed to return calls or give estimate. Ed returned my call within 10 minutes came out within 15minutes and had an estimate to me within the hour. Didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. Had new AC unit installed the next day. Very professional and personable. I will not call or recommend anyone but Ed now.
Ed is the man! Honest and truthful. You want this guy.
