I had a great experience at this store. Everyone is friendly.
Came to get my hair done in braids hoping to help it grow stronger however when I took out my braids hair was very detangled to the point where I had to chop off all my hair. I spoke with the owner about this situation and asked for a refund, the owner refused to do so and did not own up to the problem it created for me.
Besides the fact that there are so many qualified excellent and friendly stylists is the most EXCELLENT price. This place is the best kept secret in the Lower Mainland. You won't find a better deal anywhere for young and old, male and female!!! I absolutely love getting my hair done here!!! Come join all of us...you won't be disappointed...
