These folks were super-CHILL, especially on the sweltering HOT day that I was there. "Gentle giant" John at the front desk was kind, affable, and understanding (as was his smilingly-caring "kindly grandma" assistant), and then that absolute angel ADAM slaved away in the hot sun for well over two hours to get the parts off the junked car for me, yet he both only charged me for one hour's labor AND quoted just a merely-token amount for the parts themselves. HIGHLY recommended!
