Thieves, incompetent repair shop….. Took a vehicle here for repair. Was told the repair would cost $3-4k. Vehicle was not repaired after 6 months. Jerry called it a “project, not a priority” also said “I don’t know when it will be done” and wouldn’t give a time frame. Ultimately I had to PAY $1250 to get the car back after he tore it apart and DID NO WORK. Car ran when I brought it to him, car no longer ran when I got it back UNFINISHED. I have been going to Ed's Auto for many years, mostly for routine maintenance like oil other fluid changes and tire purchases for my family's 6 autos. When I have needed more complex repairs, they ordered and received parts quickly, installed them professionally for far less than the dealer and done right. My favorite thing about Ed's is I can stop by, and if they are not busy they will take the car in and I will be out in 30 minutes or so. Don’t go went in they mess up my car and theater to put Brian Sun vehicle if I didn’t pay the outstanding amount that they wanted, don’t go here they are scams
I came here for the $29 SYNTHETIC BLEND oil change advertised out front. Was charged $80. Won’t return or recommend even tho it was fast.
I've been using Ed's for many years. They have been nothing but honest and fair with all my repairs. I have never felt cheated or ripped off. Also, their hours are very convenient. I used their tow service and I found that to be reasonable too. I highly recommend this shop.
