Prices are fair, they call you before they do any of the work and tell you how much it will cost. Get it done in a reasonable time. Have brought our cars there for several years and they've been reliable. Communication could be better, sometimes I have to call to see when it will be ready, etc. But never had a problem.
I will be spreading far and wide how you blatantly ripped off a long time customer, brought my 03 Ranger in for an inspection and was told the frame made it fail safety inspection, when I asked if it could be fixed I was told it was a lost cause and you would give me 400 dollars to take it off my hands, well here a week later and its on sale by you for 6300 dollars and by a miracle I guess the frame healed itself, wow you screwed me to the tune of 5000+ dollars. Wow I really thought at first couple of times at this place they were fair until I really needed something serious done........we lost brake power driving home and the light came on. We brought oir 01 ford focus automatic to be looked at already knowing we had a leak. They gave us. Price of 850 bucks for a leak. He wanted to replace our whole brake system for almost 900 bucks!!!!!! The car isnt even worth that much! He was unwilling to negotiate and was very unfriendly and not helpful.
