Honest and dependable My family has been going to Ed's for as long as I can remember. He has always been real honest with us and for a wedding gift, he replaced a motor in my automatic window for free! There was one incident where my husband's car caught fire after taking it to get the steering fluid (or something) changed in it. Kevin said it was because a little bit had spilled over the top, but there was no damage to the car. All around good, honest people there.

great work! My daughter goes to college in Arlington, her car broke down i called ed he had the car towed to his shop. He called me back that the transmission had problems, he told me he didn't work on transmissions but he had a friend who could fix it. Well they did and quickly, its good to know that there's still honest and helpful people especially when I live 5 hours from her and had to depend on honesty. Thanks Ed!!!! A.P. Kerrville Tx.

Very Unhappy. I have done business with Ed's in the past. It seems over the years the service has just gotten worse each year. I had my van towed to the shop. I am a nice customer. I told them to take their time. After 2 and 1/2 weeks , I went by for a visit. They hadn't looked at the van yet. After 1 more week, I went by again. They told me the van didn't have a drop of water in the radiator and that the engine was seized up. I payed for the tow to the shop and I had the van towed home. Quick I recently got my breaks replaced here and before i went here i went to another place where they told me that i couldn't get them done. Need less to say i was very pleased that they were able to help me and in a timely manner.
