No one has come in to clear our driveway and i called several times. My husband had to cancel his clinic
Subpar Service. Since I’ve signed the contract they’ve showed up once and left the snow on the sidewalk, while also not putting salt on the driveway. I’ve had to reach out many times to get any service at all. Huge lack of communication and even then the job isn’t done well. Either they don’t show up at all, or come and do a poor job.
The snow removal service was very good and there was improved timeliness this past year (I have used EDPS the past 3 years). I hope they review their pricing - it has gone up every year even though it appears our winters are getting milder every year. There have been very few snowstorms the past few years and pricing should take that into account going forward

First winter using EDPS for snow removal. There weren't many snow days this year but did not have a problem whenever it did snow. I never had to call to ask or follow up about removal. Snow was removed every time by morning and I could get my kids to school. I will use them again next winter.
