Daniel Tower a building manager in Edmonton doesn't have a clue what he is doing. When me and 8 fellow employees were trapped in an elevator Edon security ignored us. We asked 3 different times for them to call 911 as we had 3 people having a medical crisis, we were denied help as that was not their policy. out of 9 cell phone NONE could make or receive phone calls. 3 phones could send and receive text messages. those 3 people had to ask family to call 911 on our behalf.
