Very poor experience, first time I ordered from them and the last! Contacted them January 3,2025 as I couldn't "track" my order. Sent me tracking link only for me to find out they erred in shipping. My order was delivered to a post office in New Jersey, I live in Canada. My order was delivered December 28, 2024 and there it still sits today, notwithstanding customer service assured me Requested refund 3 times: January 3rd, 6th and 8th, 2025.
