Family went tonight to celebrate my grandchildren's birthdays. First time being here and Charlie was our chef. He made us all laugh and prepared a great meal. The food was delicious! Will definitely go back.

Went 4/7/18. Service very slow- appeared short handed. Food good but men got more and food not distributed evenly even though we all paid the same price. Our cook did no show, just cooked. This was my second time there- the first time I went it was awesome. Expected it to be the same and it was not My recommendation- DONT go on weekend, think they were overwhelmed. Go during the week when not so busy.
We have been going to Edihana for more than 10 years and it has never disappointed!! The food and service is amazing. Charlie the manager is always there and very attentive! Every time we visit, it is a special treat and the leftovers are the best!!!
We have been going here for 20 plus years. The hibachi is always get and and sushi and sashimi is even better. We notice that the Hibachi portions this time seemed a little smaller? My wife isn’t a big eater and normally there are more vegetables and fried rice then she can eat but not this time. She ordered scallops and shrimp and only got 4 scallops who he’d seemed like less then other times. But we have never counted before so we might be wrong. Great fun, great food. Went to celebrate birthdays and had a splendid time. Good portions and excellent hibachi food prepared by gifted chefs.
