Fabulous sushi? Yes, yes, and yes. Here is a fabulous place for outstanding sushi. Being a sushi aficionado, I have been to places throughout the Chicago metro area. And, this little place in a strip mall in Crest Hill is the best. First, when you walk in the door, you are IMMEDIATELY greeted by smiling faces from behind the sushi bar. The restaurant was empty but I think we came in late in the evening. The waitress was cute and very attentive. We ordered too much, we pushed ourselves.. Luckily we have left overs for tomorrow, if they last that long.

Edo’s is our only sushi place we like. It is our food of choice for special occasions and it is always amazing. The food is super fresh and so delicious! The Hawaiian roll is my go-to. Hubby loves the red dragon and Red Bull. My kids love the tempura shrimp roll and volcano roll.

The only place in the area that I know of to get my savory Squid Salad. Whenever I get the craving I'm there, of course I have to get some sushi rolls while I'm there as well. �
