I’ve eaten at Edo quite a few times, and this location definitely gives the smallest portions I’ve seen. Food was good and tasted fresh, but the serving size was disappointing compared to other locations
Very disappointed with my experience at the St. Albert Edo Japan location. I placed an order through the app for about $56, but when I went in person to pick up my order, I noticed that my card was charged over $100. I explained the issue to the employees and the manager, but no one was really able to help. I was basically told there was nothing they could do at the moment, no refund could be issued for the difference, and that would have to wait and contact the main office or my bank myself. Rhis is still my favourite Edo to visit and enjoy the food. The food is always fresh and cooked to order. The workers provide you with excellent food, service, and a clean environment. The staff welcomes you as you arrive and call out thank you while exiting the building. I will return to this Edo location often for the reasons listed above.
