if there's less than0 i would rate,rude employee with -100% hospitality as I went to pick my DoorDash order and I was on important call with my family and the lady (filipino lady) she told me not to talk how rude she is who gave her right to stop people.. And I told her politely not to tell that to people and she was like I will report you to your company.. Just a friendly advice to owner - you should be telling your employees to do their job not to control people…
Customer service lady don’t know how to talk to someone, very rude behaviour.
