food takes forever! the first time I went to this location I had to wait a while for my food so this time I ordered online, thinking it would be ready when I got there. I thought wrong 🙃 I go to pick up my food and the employee goes, “oh.. you’re gonna have to wait” even though I was arrived five minutes after my order pick-up time. Located in the bramalea city centre food court. The counter staff was pretty helpful with suggestions . The sushi didn’t feel authentic or freshly made. The kiwi lemonade was delicious .

The cook was in a rush and i noticed he didnt season the sukiyaki beef with the green sauce they usually cook it with, from afar i thought it was chicken and not my order because i normally see the green sauce/seasoning placed on the beef. Ok, so I’ve ordered from here before and was very pleased with the sushi orders. I specifically had made a request for an item not be placed on my order due to medical reasons. It was placed on it and the food went to garbage. The store was able to redo my order for the next day but I had to pay for delivery and was not happy with that.
