This store is inside bramalea mall. It used to be a clean store and the new employees are rude. there's also burnt pieces mixed with the food I ordered. Where are the filipino guys that used to cook the orders?
Edo Bramalea City Centre. The staff have changed and are not as friendly as the previous team. Also, the food tastes burnt. It seems like the griddle isn’t being cleaned properly before cooking the next order, so there are burnt bits mixed into my food.
Ama at Edo Japan absolutely delivered one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a fast-casual restaurant. This was my very first experience at Edo Japan, Bramalea City Center. From the moment I stepped up to the counter, I was greeted by a lovely young lady named Elaine. She was bubbly, friendly, warm, and effortlessly persuasive in the best way. Her energy alone set the tone for a positive experience. I'll call her the "Queen of the Counter."
