For the price they’re charging the place was great. We got there at 3 am of the night from march 14-15th and the front desk guy was so nice and accommodating. Hopefully management sees this and rewards him in some way because he’s absolutely making the place feel super welcoming. Seriously set the tone for a great stay with his politeness and quick service to get us taken care of I really wish I had asked him his name so I could give him props!
If I could give zero stars I would. They have ROACHES, Sheets look like they just make up the bed instead of actually changing the bedding, sink didn't drain, heat in our room didn't work, bed was broken if you didn't sit directly in the middle it would tip over. THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. Oh and our door didn't have a lock. Don't waste your time please.
We had a great stay here, the breakfast was very nice, the staff were extremely helpful, and the rooms were nice and comfortable. The room was Clean and the pool was great. Overall, it was a perfect stay.
Things started ok. Very pleasant clerk. Lobby was very neat and clean. We had booked our room online. We were not informed about the $100 cash deposit until I read the sign at the desk. I do not carry cash. They let me put it on my card. I was told it would not come out of my account. Well it did. Even though we were only there from 5:30pm until 7am. Well me and my baby daddy stayed here for a few nights and we notice a crack pipe in the mattress and blood on the side of the sheets and purple dye on the pillow cases and a blood stain on the toilet seat so I would recommend you to check anything before staying here
