Horrible experience I highly recommend not wasting your money at this filthy hotel. We had roaches in our room and the maids were walking barefoot which was pretty odd. They moved me to another room and the shower was broken as well as the Lights and tv and later then accused me of breaking their propert. Then next morning I found a stink bug on the ceiling and was only refunded for 1 night.
Decent vibes
For the price they’re charging the place was great. We got there at 3 am of the night from march 14-15th and the front desk guy was so nice and accommodating. Hopefully management sees this and rewards him in some way because he’s absolutely making the place feel super welcoming. Seriously set the tone for a great stay with his politeness and quick service to get us taken care of I really wish I had asked him his name so I could give him props!
If I could give zero stars I would. They have ROACHES, Sheets look like they just make up the bed instead of actually changing the bedding, sink didn't drain, heat in our room didn't work, bed was broken if you didn't sit directly in the middle it would tip over. THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. Oh and our door didn't have a lock. Don't waste your time please.
We had a great stay here, the breakfast was very nice, the staff were extremely helpful, and the rooms were nice and comfortable. The room was Clean and the pool was great. Overall, it was a perfect stay.
