Our favorite restaurant in Charleston! Awesome food and I had many choices as a vegetarian. Drink options were extensive. Vibe was very hip. And staff and management were truly top notch. We live in Chicago so we have very high expectations and fell in love with this place. Can't wait to go back!

As always everything that I tried last night was amazing, Edmund's never fails to broaden your cheese/craft beer palate. Thanks to my amazing ex roommate Kenley, one of the wonderful servers who treated us to a little smoked salmon entree. My first time appreciating salmon! Thanks girl! Everything was great as always and Adam McLean is the man. Love y'all.

I was surprise at the wonderful flavors of the food. The lox was above excellent, spouse enjoyed his steak, and my peas with crab meat was full of flavor. Lets not forget the chocolate almond torte and great beer. Our server, Amanda, was outstanding with her descriptions and patiences. Looking forward to returning.

Loved the ambiance. We had the best charcuterie plate as an appetizer, then had the pickled shrimp, the dry-aged meatball, and the cheeseburger for entrees - all excellent. And finally a great dessert! We all highly recommend this restaurant and plan on returning in the near future. And I must say that the service we received from Kenley was terrific!

We ate here yesterday, which was the first Night of our vacation in Charleston. The drinks and atmosphere were great, however the food is a different story. After eating at Edmond's Oast We spent the next day of our trip touring the toilets of Charleston. Their food can be described in one word, salty. Don't waste your time or body here if you are visiting Charleston.

My wife and I had the opportunity to eat at the chef's table when we ate there. Very interactive with the staff and everyone was so nice! The food was excellent! Beer selection was out of this world! We will most certainly stop in again when we are back in Charleston.
