Review of Carbon Healthcare Center 1998 Market St. San Francisco Ca 94102 I am visiting San Francisco to see my 5-year-old grandson, when I appear to have Conjunctivitis. It is Sunday night just about 6PM. What to do? On the East coast we have a network of urgent care associated with CVS that I have used in the past. Marcella was our receptionist during lunch time. We were given a 12:30 appointment by phone earlier. She was friendly, helpful and fast. Our wait time was incredibly short. Cassandra King was our nurse practitioner. She was the best and yet very busy. She took the time to listen to us, and came up with a plan of action which she clearly explained to us. Xray, blood work and swab were fast. She confirmed the diagnosis and placed a prescription order which was swiftly filled at our local pharmacy. What a relief. I highly recom... read more

Upon booking online as instructed and meticulously completing a detailed personal profile, I arrived at your office, a considerable 42-minute drive from my location. However, upon check-in, I was disheartened to witness a lack of coordination and clarity in your operational processes. The worst company. The front desk nurse at the new Market street location is rude and smug. The billing and support departments are not responsive. When I finally got in touch, they hang up on you. My issue is still not resolved and I was billed anyway. And you cannot delete your payment on their app. I have never written a bad review about any company before. If that matters, they clearly messed this up.

Next time exam the patient. And listen to their concerns. Came in with sinus infection and eye inflammation. The PA didn't even listen to my breathing nor would he give me any antibiotics for sinus infection which caused this eye inflammation. Very bad service. I can barely talk because of tjhis sinus infection and have taken all over the conter meds but nothing has helped. The amount of money that I am being charged for less than a minute of his check up is considered bad business.

Terrible service and rude. I came in to take a Covid test. The staff was rude and cold. I even had to ask the assistant to be nice because she was so snappy and rude to me. The doctor that came in thay took the test had a lack of sense of humor was cold not very nice very nice. It was shocking. I will never to go there again and I have decent health insurance to boot.

I just had the worst experience I’ve ever had at any medical facility at the St Mary’s urgent care. After going on to the app,as I’ve done in the past, I made an appointment for my daughter whom is sick with a severely sore throat. I have insurance and after check in was asked to pay the copay I did not have that with me and asked if I could go online and pay it when I got home.Not only was my daughter denied treatment but the medical Assistant Kim was so incredibly rude and demeaning I will never go back there.
