Dr. Casella knows what he’s doing, unlike some others on this island. So he’s a bit gruff - get a grip - you’re not dating him! Professional, proficient. What more do you need? If you need a friend, get a dog.
Dr Casella has been my gum Doctor for more than 10 years. He is gruff when it is needed but he is empathetic to a fault.
Dr.Cassella has an horrible attitude, and is very mean spirited. The way he speaks to a patient/paying customer is appalling, and very disrespectful in my opinion. I found him to be very insensitive, and rude. I wouldn't refer him to anyone.
Dr. Cassella's bedside manner is very bad. He scolded me harshly for not following his instructions even though I tried my very best to follow them. He is not empathetic nor does he try to understand his patients' perspectives. Please choose another periodontist.
